Deceuninck, a leading global enclosure brand, is a Belgian multinational company founded in 1937 and specialising in the design, manufacturing and marketing of high-provision profile systems for windows and doors. Since then, it works under the values of innovation, design and ecology, which have cemented it as a leading enclosures brand in Europe.
With more than 80 years of experience in the sector, the company currently has more than 3700 employees and is present in 91 countries. Their presence in Spain dates back to 1984, when the whole range of the Deceunink Group started to be marketed. Their commitment to our country was renewed in 2008, with a 11-million euro investment in the construction of the modern facilities in Borox (Toledo), which is more than 24,000 m2 in size and is excellently communicated in order to grant the best logistics service for their large network of clients.
With the aim of creating a home with the highest possible energy efficiency, Deceunink develops long building projects with minimum maintenance and the best insulating provisions. This philosophy goes beyond the life cycle of the product: all their solutions are designed to generate the least ecological impact possible and are 100% recyclable.
As a company committed to the PassivHaus Nearly Zero Energy Buildings Consortium, PassivHaus C-ECCN and the PassivHaus Construction Platform (PCP), all Deceuninck’s solutions offer high quality and performance. They currently have two Passivehaus-certified PVC systems: Zendow#neo Premium and Legend.
Innovation and the worry over energy efficiency makes Deceuninck invest in creating and developing more and more effective, useful solutions to reduce the environmental impact without compromising on design or provisions. Therefore, their latest commitment to innovation is ThermoFibra, a unique solution for the brand that is 100% recyclable and which combines PVC and continuous fibreglass.
Thanks to ThermoFibra, Deceuninck has managed to provide extreme rigidity to core of the profile, granting it the highest insulating capacity in the enclosures sector, above the demands of passive house. Likewise, the combination of PVC and fibreglass provides all the products with an insulation of up to UW 0.9 W/m2k, ensuring a minimal loss of energy and a greater saving, as an option that is more respectful to the environment.
